Wooden Pig On The Go...
Last fall we added a concession trailer to our business. After spending the entire summer gutting and remodeling a vintage 1959 Avion trailer, we finally are now in the concession business. If you have an event you would like us to serve our great barbeque give us a call at 319-835-3000.
Eastern North Carolina Barbeque Sandwich
We're now serving a traditional Eastern North Carolina Chopped Pork Sandwich at The Wooden Pig. So far it's a hit ! We use our famous hickory smoked pork, chopped and mix in our own vinegar based barbeque sauce. Our creamy slaw is added right to the top of the sandwich. Come in and give our spicy new menu item a try. It's addicting.
